LEGEND & THE LOCALS is an annual tour organised by Keppel Coast Arts and presented by CQUniversity that features an Australian music ‘Legend’ to perform with local Artists.
In 2017 our ‘Legend’ is none other than Sara Storer who will be supported by, Will Hearn from the Capricorn Coast and local Alice Benfer, who join the show for unique collaborations.
Sara won Female Artist of the Year at Tamworth, as well as taking out the Aria for Country Album of the Year in November 2016. She is recognised as one of Australia’s finest singer-songwriters whose crisp observations of the Australian landscape and its people provide the solid foundation stone for her music.
Sara was born to sing about real people, honest emotions, and the land she loves and the attention that these latest accolades will bring to her latest work will no doubt further solidify her position as one of our finest musical poets.
